1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@activitytour.is
Individual Bookings (Flexible Cancellation)
- 24 hours or more before departure: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
- No-shows or cancellations on location: No refund
Group Bookings
- More than 14 days before departure: 100% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during any tour.
We reserve the right to deny participation if a guest appears impaired. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
2. Promotional Codes
Promotional or discount codes must be applied at the time of booking.
They cannot be added or refunded retroactively after payment has been completed.
3. Meeting On Location
If you are arriving directly to our base location:
- Please follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation
- We recommend using a navigation app to locate us بسهولة
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Weather & Operational Conditions
All tours are subject to weather and environmental conditions.
For safety reasons, Activity tours ehf reserves the right to:
- Modify routes
- Adjust departure times
- Cancel tours if necessary
If we cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, guests will be offered:
- A rescheduled tour, or
- A full refund
We are not responsible for external factors such as:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Travel disruptions
- Weather-related delays outside our control
6. Driving Requirements
For tours involving vehicle operation:
- Drivers must hold a valid driving license recognized in their home country
- Passengers are not required to hold a license
All participants may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in outdoor and motorized activities involves inherent risks.
By joining our tours, participants acknowledge that:
- They are voluntarily participating
- They understand the risks involved
- They accept responsibility for their own safety

8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal items during the tour. We recommend bringing only essential items.
9. Health & Fitness
Participants should be in suitable physical condition for the activity. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
